Phew, finally I managed to upgrade WordPress to 2.3. I managed to do that at first, but then all the old posts were gonne. This time I downgraded first and then placed the posts back into the sql table. And afterwards I upgraded. That worked fine… well I needed to adjust all the posts. Placed them into categories and removed some weird letters, but that’s complete now, so everything works again.
My computer is acting weird now and then. I gives blue screens. They appear suddenly. The errormessage is 0x0000009c. And that can mean anything: heat, damaged processor, damaged memory, damaged mainboard…, so it’s hard to fix this. Although I installed a processor driver and a tool which used the 2 cores of the AMD Athlon X2 evenly. That seems to work, because I didn’t got any blue screens anymore. Let’s hope for the best. I don’t want to buy a new computer yet, but if I have to it will be a Core2Duo from Intel. Socket 775 has a longer life the AMD’s socket AM2 (AM3 is comming this year), so that’s why I don’t want an AMD this time. Well, if I do buy a new pc I’ll let you know…
