I’m looking for a house for a while, but now I have found one. It looks perfect. It doesn’t need that much to work on, only some carpet on the floor and I’m done. Well… the kitchen is simple and has ugly brown colors, but I can fix that with a nice color.
I hope I can buy the house… it’s not mine yet. It also has a weird form of selling and I don’t know if there is a english word for it. It goes like this. The price of the house starts at 85.000 euro’s, then everyone who wants to buy the house fills in a form with their highest bid. And the person with the highest bid gets the house. The estate agent will open those enveloppes this friday at 14:00 hrs. So… I have to wait almost two days… ahhhh… 🙂
